Upon completion of the project there were two decking pieces left that had holes in them from the gas tank vents. The holes made perfect handle grips for a companion drink tray.
This is the rebirth of a 1935 Dunphy Water Phaeton boat as a cabinet. The boat belonged to the customer’s grandfather. A new mahogany cabinet was built and clad in the original boat planking.
